Right to return/replace.
In case of actual defect or lack of agreed property, the buyer is entitled alternatively without burdening him a) repair of the product or b) its replacement or c) proportional to the defect reduction of the price or d) withdrawal from the sale.
The consumer shall have the right to demand without charge the rectification or replacement of the product if:
- The order is executed incorrectly, i.e. an item other than that of the order is delivered or the wrong quantity or a defective product or damaged packaging.
- The consumer contacts the store within 48 hours of receiving the product on the phone +30 2310222757 or in the mail info@kosmimatamoisidis.gr, in order to identify the problem and approve its return.
- In the case of a product that does not correspond to the order, it must not have been used and must be in its packaging in the condition in which it was received.
- In any case, the product should be returned with all the original accompanying documents (proof of purchase, guarantee, instructions for use) and in its original packaging.
- Returns are made with the postal company that will indicate the store to the customers and at the expense of the store.
Right of withdrawal.
The consumer has the right to withdraw without justification within fourteen (14) calendar days, if no longer period was agreed, returning the good in its original condition, without incurring any expense, except for the return costs. This period shall run from the date of receipt of the products. In case of exercise of the consumer’s right of withdrawal, the supplier is obliged to reimburse the amounts paid to him by the consumer within fourteen (14) calendar days.
The consumer may exercise his right of withdrawal if:
- It concerns a product for which there has NOT been a personalized order, such as wedding rings, solitaire rings with diamonds or alterations or a product that does not exist in our catalogue.
- Fill in and send the relevant withdrawal form provided to him/her when placing the order.
- The product has not been worn or used beyond testing, no pieces have been removed from the terminology bracelet and no modifications have been made to the jewellery.
- The kosmimatamoisidis store tags and product labels have not been removed or damaged in any way.
- All accompanying documents of the product, such as warranty, instructions for use, and proof of purchase, are returned.
- The product is sent to the package in which it was received, by courier.
- An email is sent to the address info@kosmimatamoisidis.gr indicating the return and indicating the order code.
The Moisidis Jewellery store bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to the product during the transportation of the return.
In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the Moisidis Jewellery store has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products, and to unilaterally proceed to a partial offsetting of this claim against the customer’s claim.
In case of purchases from the product category “Wedding Rings”, “Solitaires with Diamonds”, personalized jewelry (names, etc.), as well as in special orders there is no right to return or change but only resize (in solitaires) if possible and at the expense of the customer.
Returns are also NOT accepted on Smartwatch watches, as long as the packaging has been unsealed. Otherwise, as long as the packaging has remained sealed, you have the right to change with any other product in our collection.
For hygiene reasons, earrings are not returned in any case.
Charms that have up or symbolize the number of the year are not refunded.
In all the above cases, the return costs are borne by the customer.
In case an order returns to us because for any reason the customer did not receive from the courier, the re-mail will be made if the order is discounted. (Cash on delivery is not supported)
For the return of a non-defective product, the cost of returning is borne by the customer, while the cost of resusing the item you may choose for replacement is borne entirely by the www.kosmimatamoisidis.gr.
For any product return, the retail sales receipt that was in the package is also necessary. Otherwise, the refund will not be accepted or the value of the product will be returned without VAT.Refund is accepted within three (3) days from the date of receipt and in accordance with all the above.
Defective Product
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, www.kosmimatamoisidis.gr will make every effort to replace it with the same or similar product at no further cost to you. However, you should inform us by e-mail at the info@kosmimatamoisidis.gr to send you instructions for the return of the product as well as a return code. If the product ceases to be available, it can be replaced with an equivalent product upon request.
The www.kosmimatamoisidis.gr does not have a warranty policy. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur from normal wear, misuse and destruction when removing labels. The guarantees of terminologies cover only the mechanical part of the watch and no guarantee covers the case where the watch gets watery.
